I have looked at the list of requirements for the Mac print client, and
have determined that due to the long feature list, implementing them
would effectively require a rewrite of the front end of KLPR, not to
mention the substantial additions to the back end that would be required
to speak the protocol. Since it took me several months of full time work
to do this the first time, it would not be unreasonable for it to take as
long to do a reimplementation. Since I will be returning to classes in a
month and have full-time obligations to Athena Unixdev, I will be unable
to work on the writing of the necessary code for the Mac print client.
