Attending: Rocklyn, MEB, Cecilia, Lynne. Dave on vacation; Kip couldn't
make it.
1. The WBS still needs updating. (Rocklyn)
2. IPM port monitor for the Mac. IBM wants a Mac solution for IPM, and Brad
Thompson and Alexandra Ellwood (E40) want to develop one, but need source
from IBM. Rocklyn w/follow up with Jeff Banta.
3. IPM Web interface supports SSL.
4. Equipment still needs to be ordered. Meanwhile Peter Kelley is on
vacation. Cecilia will try to reach Peter Kelley - hoping he reads email on
vacation. He needs to order equipment w/AIX w/DCE option so Rocklyn can
work with it.
5. Cecilia w/contact Jeff Banta regarding discounted price quotes.
6. Documents:
New business model (Cecilia)
Support/service plan (MEB w/help)
Phased rollout w/stakeholders (Cecilia)
7. Need to demo this system to Carol Wood, Rob Smyser, Kip, Theresa Regan,
Dave Kalenderian. Lynne, can you set this up?
8. Additional action items:
Respond to questions from FSS and R3-Admin. (Rocklyn)
Start testing the 3160 with the IPM server in the terminal room. (Lynne)
