Hi Gang,
Cecilia in the office but feeling crappy. Kip's off to an IAP session
this afternoon hearing Schiller talk about MITnet. Mary Ellen is
teaching a class until 4pm. I'm working on scheduling interviews
with Moore and the business units for Thursday before our 3:30 meeting
with Moore. I think everyone has something to keep them busy. So,
let's kill this afternoon's meeting.
Rocklyn, I'd like to spend this afternoon's freed up time with
you developing our first shot at a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
and possibly a draft project timeline.
