Print & Backup Teams,
Dani turned the draft bullets provided to Jim into PowerPoint for
handouts at ASPCC on the 21st. You will not need to attend the ASPCC
meeting. In fact, Jim Bruce will do the presenting and I will be there
only as backup if Curry's group wants to drill down into more details.
Pete, I will be meeting with JDB tomorrow at 3pm. I'll raise the
budget/funding issues you mentioned at that meeting with him.
Theresa would like both teams to present updates at next week's
OCMG meeting (Tues from 2-4). We can use the ASPCC material as
handouts. Please plan on attending this meeting if at all possible.
Additionally, I don't want this to look like "Dave's Show". Therefore,
I'd like to ask that one other person from each team present the
material with me. Would volunteers please speak up ASAP.
Sebastien, I'll need your help to make a small change to the "backup
landscape" drawing you did in Visio. I'd also appreciate your help
for creating a simple diagram for the printing project. Dani would
like to include these in the PowerPoint handouts. So, please see me
when you have a chance.
I contacted Rosenberg as planned. He has pinged a number of FSS folks
to get available times the week of 6/26 for a technical presentation
of the printing project.
