Accomplishments:
Met on Friday May 26 with the principals to work out details for next steps
and who owns them.
Met on Tuesday May 30 with Jeff Banta, Cecelia and Rocklyn to work out
pricing and AIX server configurations. Will get confirmations hopefully today.
Requested a first pass of print samples from Art (will be ongoing work)
Responded to Rachels mail regarding scope issues.
Request order of 6 copies of IPM documentation.
Goals for coming period:
Finalize software and hardware recommendations and get same to the
appropriate people.
Continue "conversion" work and investigations. (Hope to have a set of
samples and some idea of scope by mid June)
Finalize meeting planning for ASPCC and other upcoming informational meetings.
