Present: Kip Bruggeman, Rocklyn Clarke, Lynne Durland, Bob Ferrara, Dave

Communications (Mary Ellen):

We need to beef up our communication efforts - especially with FSS.
We will make a technical presentation to FSS at SAP-IT on June 21, 2000 at
2pm (Some non-FSS folks will also be invited).
We will also set up a non-technical meeting with Gill Emmons (CAO), Paul
Page (FSS), and Jim Morgan (CAO), along with representatives from Resource
Development and Alumni. We will also set up a meeting with Theresa Regan
for the wider community
Friday Meeting Outcome:

We reviewed the results of the Friday meeting with Peter Kelley, Karen
Fortoul, Roger Roach, and Rachel Sage.
ASPCC - Administrative Systems Process Coordinating Committee:

This comprises John Curry's direct reports: John Curry, Jim Bruce, Jim
Morgan, Doreen Morris, Chuck Shaw.
We will make an informational presentation to them on June 21, 2000 8am -
10am: 45 minutes - print - position for future -> migration to desktop
- include diagrams
- phasing
- pricing
- why now
- what do we want from them?
Hardware Configuration:

We identified 3 options which we will price during a meeting with Jeff
Banta (IBM) later today.
Software Configuration:
-----------------------
We wll discuss this during today's meeting with Jeff Banta. Rocklyn will
pursue the issue of Kerberos support for MIT.
