Team,
I'd like to make a suggestion. Since Monday is a holiday and we will not
be meeting both Technical and BM, I'd like to propose that we meet on
Tuesday at 10am.
I've had voice mail exchanges with Jeff Banta, he's proposed the idea of
coming in on Tuesday to speak with Lynne and myself (Lynne, He's in Puerto
Rico and will be back later today) regarding software and hardward pricing.
Proposed agenda:
1. Briefing on the May 26 meeting with Roger, Karen, Pete---what is the
outcome and how does it tie in with our purchase decisions.
2. Based on the May 26 meeting--what is the teams decision on purchase of
hardware and software.
I've left Jeff Banta a message asking him to come in on Tuesday afternoon.
If we can meet Tuesday morning, Lynne and I can meet with Jeff in the
afternoon and finalize the purchase of hardware and software.
