Very nice job cleaning up the project notebook as we wrap up our work,
Mary Ellen. Yes, the switch you made from ASST to IPM maint was right
on the money! I'd also suggest killing the 'technical coverage'
section completely in this doc. I've included some other suggested
documentation changes below.
Rocklyn & Lynne, please review our project notebook with an eye toward
a final clean up.
Service/Support Plan
- move this document to business model section
- under IPM s/w maint add est .25 EFT level of effort
- under server maint add est .25 EFT level of effort
- kill last bullet in the server maint section
- under printer/print queue maint
o add ~3 EFT level of effort after mainframe demise (includes
.25 of Lynne)
o add electronic forms management
- kill SWRT under the Support plan section (no client to release)
- under IPM s/w maint add est .25 EFT level of effort
User Doc
- change link name from 'MIT central print config' to
'IPM configuration'
