Check out the webserver error logs. The webserver was complaining for
quite some time that the server was too busy to perform any requests and
there are a ton of batch hold and release errors.
The server itself did not report any errors although there were core dumps
caused when the reboot was done with running services. I have cleaned up
all of the core dumps.
