Greetings,
I haven't counted but a *VERY* large number of guarente files in the
queue. After the reboot, I got into the GUI and released the guarente jobs
through the GUI.
Please let them run. When they finish, you should be able to go back to
the general ledger printing via netscape.
My suspicion is the problems this evening were caused by the very large
number of files in the print queue, coupled with several netscapes open to
the print jobs page, with the refresh rate being too fast given the number
of jobs, on top of release and enable requests, which ended up flooding IPM.
For tonight I suggest only printing here in W91 for the rest of the night.
I am heading to the Cape, in the snow!
Please do call if the server hangs again.
Dave Dow/Rocklyn:
Can you please take a look at the server and see if you can verify my thoughts?
I can't find anything in the IPM logs.
