With apologies Dave,
I called Carla from NIH back, she was looking for advice and our experience
on building the web submission interface. I gave her the scoop. Also they
are doing chargeback for printing and I suggested she look at lprng to
frontend and do the accounting. She was very nice.
Bil Huxley also pointed out that the cao folks are using the department
code rather than cost object on the account info page.
The meeting with Gill and Jay went very well.
