Hi Team,

I've finally had the chance to look into this and I discovered that I 
goofed.  The columns labeled "Lines" and "Pages" are not quite 
accurately labelled.  They actually mean the following:

For rows with "Printer" = "LINEPRT":
  "Lines", "Lines"

For rows with all other "Printer" values:
  "Logical Pages", "Physical Pages"

I apologize for the error.
