Mike,

The only other relative topic (other than the what's out there question)
I can think of that's appropriate at this time is to try to see how
tightly coupled document management is to the actual printing process -
can this team focus on the pure printing issue and later on easily
integrate a document management system if needed.  Thanks for your
willingness to have the first discussion with Gartner.  I hope it
is a useful conversation.
