Hi Rocklyn,
thanks for the further clarification... sorry, my conclusion was
inaccurate... it was based on my understanding that when we received
requests to create an SAP R/3 output device the various IPM pieces would be
in place and working... I did try to validate the status; however, I
stopped looking once I received the automated message from computing-help...
I wonder... should we be sending automated messages if the queue is not
ready for use?
