Hi Theresa,
We aren't rejecting print jobs due to missing user information.
I know that your print request was rejected by IPM, but I don't
believe this was caused by the absence of "tregan" from the IPM
database. We are sending email to users with missing information
(e.g. cost object, building and room number), but we are not
rejecting the print jobs.
I believe that the problem was caused by the absence of the
corresponding printcap entry for rec in pillage. Because we are not
yet automatically processing Moira updates, the printcap entry had to
be created manually. It is now in place, and I have indeed received
an SAP printout from you dated March 5 at 8:52am.
