Hello,
People who submit print jobs to the Central Printing Service will now
receive warning email if any of their required user information (i.e.
cost object, building, or room number) is missing from the database
on the production print server. Only one email will be generated per
print job. The single warning email will indicate which user
information items are missing and will have the same format as the
forwarded email below. Please note that WE ARE NOT rejecting the
print jobs for which this information is missing.
In the near future we expect to be able to exclude from this email
those users who submit print jobs to restricted print queues; the
accounting information for these queues is generally static and the
delivery information is either static or not useful for actually
distributing the output.
