Hello,

The filter code on Pillage currently sends email to printdel@mit.edu 
whenever a job is submitted by a user for whom cost object, building, 
or room number is not available in our database.  I have revised the 
filter code so that the text of the email reflects the latest 
decisions by the Enterprise Printing Delivery Team.

This change should not have any impact on operations staff.  It is 
the first step towards eventually sending the email directly to the 
user who submitted the print job, but we are not ready to do that 
quite yet.
