Hi Art,

The Enterprise Printing Delivery Team reviewed your comments during 
this morning's team meeting.  In the course of our review we realized 
that the sample email that I sent to Barbara was not after all the 
latest version.  I apologize for this.  I am appending the latest 
version below.  I believe that it addresses  some of your concerns. 
We will address the others via a separate email.
