Question about three hole punch for EP12?

Hi, we thought we were supposed to get jobs from EP12, double sided and on
three hole punch paper. I got my big job today, to the right place,
speedily, without having to call anyone, but it wasn't on three hole punch
paper.
Any thoughts? Has the deal changed? If we can't get it done on three hole
punch we will have to punch it ourselves...not a fun task...
