Greetings,
You have submitted a print file to the Central Print
Service. Unfortunately to format of your file was not preserved and has
become ASCII in the queue. If you did your submission from our web page
and are on Macintosh computer running Netscape, please follow the
instructions below and resubmit your file.
In Netscape, open Edit -> Preferences and select Applications (in the
Category panel, under Navigator).
For a PDF file:
1. Select Portable Document Format in the Description column.
2. Double click this entry to open the Edit Type dialog box.
3. For Suffixes, enter PDF.
4. For Handled By, choose the Application radio button, then choose
(navigate to) Acrobat as the application (if it isn't already there).
5. For File Info: be sure to check the box for "Use this MIME type for
outgoing attachments."
6. Click OK to close the dialog box.
For a Postscript file:
1. Select Postscript Document in the Description column.
2. Double click to open the Edit Type dialog box.
3. For Suffixes, enter PS.
4. For Handled By, choose the Save to disk radio button.
5. For File Info, check the box for "Use this MIME type for outgoing
attachments."
6. Click OK to close the dialog box.
