Plunder clean up

Greetings,

I have renamed the actual destinations in plunder to IP60-W91 and 
IP60-E19.  The actual destination pointing to the 8100 was already named 
ops8100, so I left that one as is.

On a side note this is actually set up as a passthrough printer and it will 
be interesting to see if it survives a migration to lprng on the machine.

I have removed extraneous logical destinations and put in Tcentral-XXXX, 
Tep1 and left the admissions and X117 logical destinations in place.

I need to find my notes to remember the other GL queue name we agreed on.

I have also sent mail to Jody requesting a meeting or schedule for the 
plunder work, rebuild of OS and installation of the other software required 
to make plunder a true test environment.
