Thanks for the detailed note re GL statement production notification.
To minimize problems with notification to DOST, please remove prodsrv
and franx, and add dost@mit.edu to the GLSTMT-L list.  Thanks in advance.

ps. The GLSTMT-L list is configured in such a way that I couldn't review
    it.  If it could be changed to be a bit more "open", I'd appreciate it.
