Theresa,

Lynne's out sick but checked the logs from home. There were no submits
from Gill Monday or Tuesday showing in the logs.

I called Gill. She did not submit any files directly but rather mentioned
it was Jay who had some problems. She believes the problems may be
more associated with where the output was delivered than with IPM
rejecting the incoming file.

I called Jay and left vmail. I asked him to let me know if the problems
were associated with submitting the file(s) or with delivery of the output.
I also asked Jay to send email ASAP to printdel if there's any problem
at all during this initial rollout period.

When I do have a chance to talk with Jay directly, I will mention
the delivery address issue to insure it's filled in appropriately.
This may be a good example of why we might want to require the
delivery address be provided.

Yes, EP1 should be all set for CAO's use! (I pray)

-Dave
