Lynne & Rocklyn,
Given that everyone seems stressed & uptight these days, we need to
pay very close attention to our new production service. I was unaware
of any current problems with EP1. Please review the logs ASAP and report
your findings.
We should probably be reviewing the logs for any problems 2 or 3 times
per day until the dust settles. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dave,
Do you know if EP1 is all set for CAO's use now? It has been suggested
that I call Gill directly since she continued to have problems printing her
Brio Query reports to EP1 on Monday and Tuesday. When they did not appear
at the printer, they needed to be regenerated via BrioQuery, each time.
Prior to calling her, I wondered if you had chatted with her or if you
would prefer to?
