Good Morning,
In trying to follow-up on David's note, I have tried a small print test
from three of the SAP R/3 environments: SF2, SF5 and PS1. Since all three
failed and previously, they were worked, I then tried printing from an
Athena prompt. Based upon the pillage web pages, it appears that this
simple test also failed. (I could not find any listed for "tregan" or for
"gltw")
athena% lpr -Pgltw welcome
athena% lpq -Pgltw
Printer: gltw@pillage 'ibm3160 W91-130'
Queue: no printable jobs in queue
Status: mail exited with status 33 at 03:45:34.311
It appears that "something" is different with the configuration since the
last series of tests I completed in October. Before focusing on the SAP
R/3 print request failures, does anyone have any insight why printing from
the Athena prompt would fail?
Thanks,
Theresa
