Attending: Dave, Rocklyn, Lynne, MEB

Tasks accomplished:
- EP 1 has been moved from APS to IPM
- New diskspace has been installed and configured.
- Plunder is up and running in E40
- Web end-user documentation is complete

Decisions:
- Should EP1 print be held? LED w/consult Bill Furtado.
Recommendation is to let DOST staff decide. Likely decision w/be to
not put a hold on a queue, but instead enable/disable the printer.
Whatever is decided, the documentation needs to reflect the procedure.
- Follow on work in EAST: Fold authorizations into the Roles
database; i.e., get authorizations data for cost objects from Roles
db.
- Who can authorize SAP print queues? R3-print owns ep60/ep62. In
general, authorization parallels authorization for VM printing.

Issues:
- Header page for EP1 output shows only user name. Needs to show
delivery address, sequence # or job name w/sumit date and time. IPM
can't generate header and trailer pages. What's the solution?
- IPM can't show number of pages in a job until it's done. AND it
only shows on the accounting page. Ask Dan to get this info to show
on the Print Jobs page. Meanwhile see it on the IPM operator's GUI.
- Page count info for EP1 is not accurate. LED to do some testing.
- A note about 'Name'; when EP12 is used the 'Name' is displaced by
the string '(lpr_filter)'
- GL rip failed with I/O error. Seems to be a problem associated with
a full tmp file.

Action items:
LED:
-Get licensing for plunder and pillage swapped; accomplish other cleanup tasks.
-Give caotech the same privileges as the Help Desk. Will finetune
privileges when HTACCESS is available.
-Set up cron jobs to clear up logs and the dump directory. Consult w/Jody.
-Set up cron job to clear up prn files from /tmp. Consult w/Jody.
-While REC is combining filters, contact R3-admin to get OK on
renaming EP1, EP12 to DC1, DC12.
- Clean up test queues on plunder.
- Set the 'bounce' queue on EP1
- Change the names of EP1, EP12 to DC1 and DC12 (DC = data center).
These are for SAP general use. Be sure r3-print is OK w/new names.
(E-mail sent.)
- Contact JMHunt re putting IP60 printer driver on download page. (E-mail sent)

MEB:
- Hook end-user documentation into the Printing at MIT page; change
link on project page to is/help/printing/central.
- Contact Jane White regarding documenting SAP central printing.
- W/LED, continue to develop installation/maintenance documentation
begun by REC.
- Add to maint. documentation info re who authorizes print queues;
process for SAP & IPM printer processes, see Huxley email dated 07
Dec 2001

REC:
- Call Dan
	* ask why files go into tmp? OK to make this stop?
	* aks him to capture page count and display it on Print Jobs page.
- Set up cron job to generate weekly usage reports
- Update the Dan script to check for delivery address and cost object
for both web and klpr submissions.
- Check w/Miki re progress on htaccess.
- Get new data for DFL so he can complete the financial model.
