No problem. Please recall Mary Ellen's offer to help with the report.
Also, please note that the techie side of the effort is now looking
at a more detailed gameplan for moving forward with IPM - their
evaluation should be complete within the next week. Several items
were identified which belong in the business modeling work for the
new services. Those items include:
o expected Support functions
o description of IPM's accounting functionality
o explanation of the cost recovery model
o initial funding for service startup
o ongoing funding for standard service renewal
o business continuity plan
