I have just submitted print files via the web page.
When the account number is blank, submit fails.
When the building, room, or both are blank, submit succeeds.
So Rocklyn, I think that the Dan script does need to be updated to check
for the existence of the information for both web and klpr submissions.
All fields blank, submission via klpr still works to central-letter.
