Please note that cases 233645 & 237897 are really the same issue.
It's been nearly four weeks since our formal request for additional
disk was requested. However, we've yet to receive any written
acknowledgment of this request, or received any written update.
We expect CAO will request we use IPM to print the October GL statements
within the next few days. We canNOT satisfy this request without the
additional requested disk. What is the current status of the request?
When will the additional disks be installed and available for use?
