Accomplished:
-Made improvements and corrections to Operator Instructions.
-Made improvements and corrections to documentation for BLT/Help Desk
-Drafted web pages (instructions) for general users of Central Print.
Goals:
-Continue to maintain/correct Op Instructions and support
documentation for BLT/HD.
-Continue to work on end user instructions (web pages)
-Add entries to Stock Answers
-Write article for i/s when service is ready to open to the campus.
