As we discussed, it appears that even when I set the logical destination to
request tray 4 (the side tray) and it is enabled on the printer the paper
is still coming from tray 1.
I will remove the rest of the trays from the details page and let Mary
Ellen know that an update to the docs is needed.
The operators will need to set the tray and load 3 hole paper, then unset
the tray and load letter paper, but at least now they will only need to do
it to the large bottom bin.
