Hi Karen,
Last week I mentioned to you that the Enterprise Printing Team wanted
to test VM TCP/IP printing to E19 as part of an effort to isolate
performance problems with our InfoPrint Manager setup. As you may
already know by now, this problem has been corrected as a result of
the combined efforts of Lynne Durland and Jeff Banta (IBM) last week,
and Theresa Regan, Tom Coppeto, and others over the weekend. Thanks
for your willingness to help. I'm sure that you, Dave, and Jules
will find some other way to spend the "freed up" time. :)

P.S. Dave & Jules - this may be your first time hearing this. I was
planning to send you email to follow up on my initial request to
Karen, but the problem got solved before I got around to sending out
the email.
