Sure, Kip. If you can squeak in the updates with Ceci this week between
your vacation days that would be great. Besides "the numbers & $s", we'll
want some text describing the current services - much of this material
already exists. With Ceci's okay, the current status report states we'll
complete the doucmentation of the existing services within the next
two weeks. We'll stamp it all as DRAFT work. It would be nice if you
and Ceci would draft a list of the topics to be described for the team's
review & input - headers might include stuff like:
- overall central printing service description - offerings & omissions
- Support services provided
- customer base, type of work,
- general budget info; EFT, $s, funding sources, renewal straegy
- business continuity
- maybe something around Integration issues (provided by the technical
  team members)
- stock management

I'm hoping the above list will get you & Cecilia thinking about firming
up an outline for the BM documentation. Cecilia has an additional goal
of producing a reusable framework for other I/T business modeling work -
this is good thing!
