Folks,
The 8100C appears to have some of the "digitial sending" capabilities
we saw in the Mopier technology at HP this past winter. I'm not interested
in this device for the data center, and it really doesn't fit the need
of the team's project. However, I thought that Kip or Mike might
be interested in testing it for their needs.

This invitation is going to a select group of customers...
If you would like to participate in a SEED unit program and will make a
commitment to work with HP on product feedback, please let me know as soon as
possible and I will make the arrangements
The HP Digital Sender 8100C SEED program launched. The SEED units are fully
featured production units. Prior to introduction, SEED units will have
dedicated telephone support. The telephone number is printed on a flyer that
ships with the unit. After the product has introduced, support will shift to
the standard HP support number.
Customers may keep the SEED units, but in return, customers can expect four
follow-up phone calls. During the calls, scheduled at 7, 30, 60, and 90 days,
they will be asked 10-15 questions. The questions will focus on demographics,
product use, condition, satisfaction, and suggested improvements. SEED
customers may also be approached for success stories.
