Dave,

I'll ask Jeff to followup with Boulder and understand the pricing
structure. Jeff can you take that one with the Boulder crew?

In this instance, I'd like to see an "Open Contract" which would hold a set
number of hours at a set dollar value. As hours were used by the IBM
Consulting team, they would be written against the contrract. If all the
hours were used, we could do the next "Open Contract". If total hours are
not used, then they would remain available for a specific period of time.
This is the simplest way to bill an ongoing engagement as this might be.
We'll determine if Boulder is willing to provide this type of arrangement.

I'm in the office and available for a noon meeting. Is your schedule
still open?

Subject: Consulting Fees for Integrating IPM Into Our Kerberos Environment

Hi Phil,

In one of the emails from Boulder, there was an indication that IBM
would be interested in consulting for us to integrate either the
DCE or non-DCE version of IPM into our Kerberos environment. How
would that consulting contract be structured - hourly rate? fixed
contract fee? What would this work cost us?
