Hey, .
This Friday 7pm in Room 4-231 the Social Justice Cooperative will be
showing the new film "Praha 2000".
"On September 26th, 2000, activists from around the world
gathered to protest against global economic institutions, the
protests in Prague marked the first time that trade unionists,
students, anarchists, workers, pacifists, socialists, non-
governmental organizations, communists, ecologists, and many
other groups came together under the banner of anti-
globalization and anti-capitalism...."
Okay, well maybe not the first time, but it's still a really cool video.
Prague was very different from the Seattle or DC protests. So please come
watch with us.
