Bring - ideas for drop-poster, display, evening event, pamphlets, etc.
- clothes for painting if you want to help paint the drop poster
(after the meeting)
- a snack
- your own cup (Felix says disposable cups are not allowed:)
We have reserved drop poster space #3 from Feb. 27 to March 4,
Student Center booth #10 for March 8,
and 6-120 for the evening of March 8.
IF you can help work the booth during the day, the discussion at night, or
would like to help in any way, but you cannot make the meeting this Sunday,
LET ME KNOW! I can think of jobs for everyone given some lead time.
Oh, one last thing- we are trying to get Lobby 7 on March 8th. I talked to
the people at CAC and they told me it was very unlikely that they would
give out Lobby 7 for anything that isn't an annual event (they are reworking
their policy), BUT I should apply for it anyway, and maybe we'll get it.
If anyone has any ideas of how we can get this space (bribes? secret
connections?) please let me know about that too.
