EMERGENCY CALL!
7 UMass-Amherst graduate student union members who have been sitting in
this afternoon at UMass President Billy Bulger's office to demand that a
new unit of their union (GEO/UAW 2322) be recognized by the UMass
administration--are going to be arrested and removed from Bulger's
office--probably just after 5 p.m. today.
ANYONE who can make it over should show up by 5 p.m. to:
1 Beacon St. (corner of Tremont and Beacon Sts.) on Beacon Hill near the
Government Center Green Line T stop.
