This Taliban petition is a great idea, but unfortunately it isn't
real.
The addressee is not an actual email address.
There is no date on this petition (I think I first saw it four or
five years ago...and have seen it many times since.)
OR, you could simply sign the petition and send it along as is to
as many senators, congressmen and of course, good ol' GW and tell
them you don't appreciate the CIA funding and installing brutally
repressive regimes and Afghanistan is no exception.
