"The War Against Oblivion" tells the story of the Zapatista uprising from
its opening salvo January 1st 1994, in the first hour of the North American
Free Trade Agreement, to the history-wrenching July 2nd 2000 presidential
election that saw the long-ruling Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI)
separated from power, and underscores the ties between these two momentous
event in recent Mexican history.
