Hey everyone!

I just wanted to let you know about some awesome VEGETARIAN COOKING CLASSES
that will be taking place this coming week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
from 4-7 p.m.. You can sign up for one or all of them.

The New Year is an awesome time to transition into a vegetarian diet. As you
probably know, a vegetarian diet is more sustainable ecologically and it's
better for the enviroment than a meat-centered diet. Moreover, a veggie diet
is a more peacable diet and helps eliminate violence from the world (since it
does not necessitate violence toward animals). For more details, see
www.veganoutreach.org/whyvegan/ and http://www.veganoutreach.org/whyvegan/envir
onment.html.

So if you've ever wanted to learn more about vegetarian food, sign up for
these classes! They will be taught by a professional chef from MIT and you get
to eat the food at the end of the class.

The details are below.

Peas!

Laura
