National Missile Defense Debate

Keynote:  Senator Joseph Biden (D-Delaware) - ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, past candidate for President, and outspoken in disagreement with the Administration.

Congressman John Tierney (D- Massachusetts) 
NMD Proponent: Stephen Cambone of the Institute of National Strategic Studies 
Lisbeth Gronlund of the Union of Concerned Scientists, a clear scientific position against NMD.
Graham Allison,  JFK School of Government at Harvard and advisor to prospective Presidents will respond to the several positions, pro and con, in the debate. 

Moderator:  James Carroll, noted author and Boston Globe Columnist.
