CREATIVE PROTEST TACTICS
=========================
WHEN: Tonight! 9 pm
WHERE: Lobby 13
WHAT: We will be repainting a 4 story "NO BLOOD FOR OIL" banner and learning to
make giant protest puppets.
The MIT ANTI WAR COALITION [CREATIVE TACTICS DIVISION] invites you to join us
in learning how to create your own large scale artworks for protest purposes.
We will be repainting the infamous '4 story banner' and making giant puppets of
Einstein, Bush and any others you want to create! No previous experience
necessary.
Please bring any carboard you can find. The larger the pieces, the better.
Clay, our puppet master, has asked us to bring the following materials:
good ideas
bad ideas
paper bags
latex paint
old paint brushes
duct tape
bamboo poles
hot glue sticks
fabric
wire (chicken and otherwise)
cds and food of all varieties
giant painting tarp
....and someone, please someone bring one of those big creature staplers that
can staple pieces of corrogated cardboard together!
DIRECTIONS TO MEETING: To get to Lobby 13, go to lobby 10 and follow the
hallway located between the two Lobby 10 elevators. Just keep going until you
go down the stair and reach lobby 13.
