"weapons of mass reconstruction" is a benefit folk music concert
featuring Kevin So, Antje Duvekot, and Lisa Bastoni. It is being held
to raise funds for Afghans for Civil Society (ACS), an organization
doing reconstruction work in Afghanistan. The show will take place at
the Cambridge YWCA, 7 Temple Street, on March 29th 2003 at 7:00pm.
Tickets are $15 in advance or $18 at the door. Advance tickets may be
purchased on the web (http://weaponsofmassreconstruction.org) or via
phone (617-869-3937).
This show is using the power of folk music not just to stand against
war and terrorism, but to actually *cause* peace through supporting
