****TO ALL MIT UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS****
We as MIT students support the search for peace in the Middle East. We
oppose actions, be they economic sanctions, academic boycotts, or violent
acts, designed to hurt those seeking peace on either side.
While the Israeli government has faced difficult decisions in defending
its citizens from attacks, and we don't all agree with all the means that
have been used, we know that the people of Israel hunger for peace.
We students wish to show our support for a peaceful solution to end the
violence in Israel, a solution that is acceptable to all.
We ask you to join with us, and sign on in support of the following:
"WE STAND WITH ISRAEL IN HER QUEST FOR PEACE"
