How do you feel about Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld's plans for extending the
morally bankrupt 'war on terrorism' to Iraq, where they've already been
killing 5000 children a month?
Yeah, that's what I thought.
Why not do something about it? The MIT Social Justice Cooperative is
hosting a meeting next Wednesday at 5:30pm in 5-134 to brainstorm and
plan vibrant, campus-wide actions against an upcoming war in Iraq. If
you want to help stop this war before it starts, you need to be there.
If you have ideas, resources, or just frustrated energy you need to
unleash, come to this meeting and meet other like-minded students.
After the meeting, we'll have art supplies available for people to make signs
and banners for the New England-wide Rally Against the War on
Nov. 3 at Boston Common. Feel free to bring your own supplies.
