this is hypocritical in light of the rest of the email.
if you want to "understand each other's viewpoints" you don't market an
event as an objective yet bring there "dramatic footage ... following the
IDF's incursions ..." with a conclusion that the US media presents a
"distorted and wholly unsatisfying picture of events". This of course
in no way mentions the reasons IDF may have had for going there, and
far beyond that (minor) point, it is quite simply expressing YOUR (biased)
opinion, and should be marked as such - otherwise you are doing exactly
what you are accusing your adversaries of doing - selling off a biased
point while marketing it as an objective or balanced blend of views.
So please, spare us.
