sorry for the quick reply to my own message on this low 
traffic list, but i found a useful resource for picking who 
to vote for as governor:

The website http://www.wbur.org/news/candidateq/ asks you
to select the position you most agree with on 18 or so
issues, without telling you which position belongs to which
candidate.  At the end it shows you which candidate you 
picked for each issue and lets you view their complete 
platforms.

i was all across the board on who i picked, but looking at 
each candidates platform is really helping me make a 
decision.
