Dr. Shiva is a world-renowned environmental leader and thinger,
and Director of the Research Foundation for Science, Technology and
Natural Resources. She is the author of "Stolen Harvest: The Hijacking
of the Global Food Supply" and "Biopiracy: The Plunder of Nature and
Knowledge."
Shiva holds a master's degree in the philosophy of science and a PhD in
particle physics.
