Tired of the disconnection that seems to have become a part of everyday
life?
This world of fragments is actually a whole...and needs your talents,
if ya got'em.
So what? Who are we to say, blah blah blah.
Silence your inner skeptic for a second and think about getting involved
with KnowPlace, a newly formed organization that is in the process of
assembling a playfully serious and thought-provoking Web experience that
seeks to advance a larger awareness of planetary issues and the interconnected
nature of every little thing on this rock, Earth. Oh yeah, but we're
local.
And we’re looking for partners.
Who We Need
STAFF, such as writers/editors, multimedia designers, video experts,
IT gurus, business/marketing philosophes and hardhitters, knowledgeable
activists, and schmoozers of all stripes.
CONTRIBUTORS, ie; experts and amateur experts on topics such as national
and international politics, ecology, business, the arts, history, culture
studies.
What We Need
A business plan, technical guidance, Web content and development, organizational
partnerships, nonprofit expertise, research, PR and marketing, events
organization.
Forget about making a difference and all that crap. Let's use the Web
like a magic wand and wave it all over Boston.
